Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

We will notify you if there is a significant delay with your order.


Shipping Origin

All orders ship from our Wholesale or suppliers located in the USA, unless otherwise noted.


Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship using reputable carriers such as:

  • Freight carriers (for oversized or heavy items)

Available shipping options and costs are displayed at checkout.


Shipping Rates

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on package weight, size, destination, and selected shipping method.

  • Any free shipping offers apply only to qualifying orders and may exclude oversized, heavy, or freight items.


Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Typical transit times:

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (if available)

  • Freight Shipping: Varies by location and carrier

Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other factors beyond our control.


Oversized & Freight Shipments

  • Large, heavy, or oversized automotive parts (e.g., engines, transmissions, body panels) may require freight shipping.

  • Freight shipments may require a commercial address, forklift, or loading dock.

  • Additional fees may apply for residential delivery, liftgate service, or re-delivery.

Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery access.


Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship within the United States only, unless otherwise stated.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

  • Certain products may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or carrier limitations.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates depend on the carrier.


9. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

  • Please inspect your package upon delivery.

  • Any visible damage must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • If your package is lost or marked as delivered but not received, contact us promptly so we can assist with a carrier claim.

We are not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery.


10. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

  • Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error may result in additional fees or loss of the package.

  • We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address information.


11. Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have shipped.

  • If you need to change an order, contact us immediately after placing it.
